Springy Sound With '02 TJ Clutch
I have a "springy" sound when I push in my clutch, it is working fine, no
slipping, etc. Any ideas? Hopefully nothing bad. Thanks. |

When my hydraulic clutch starting going bad, it made that sound. It's only a matter of time, until the clutch doesn't come back up. and you have a puddle of fluid on your feet. |

That's not what I wanted to hear, it just started making that sound, feels
fine besides, only has 48K on it, is that kinda soon for clutch problems? |

Re: Springy Sound With '02 TJ Clutch
Have you had it in water lately? Mine does that after a hard day of riding
that includes water / mud fording. I replaced mine at 60k when I put the inertia ring on. The clutch did not need replacing. It was still in great shape.
