Re: Spring pack overhauling
I've a set of Skyjacker Superlift springs and I think the material is
Teflon. Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure that's what it says. Not sure how it'd work on yours, though. They have holes and pegs keep 'em from slipping. I consider it "a nice little something extra" but honestly couldn't tell a noticeable difference. I personally wouldn't worry about it. You might just consider some spray Teflon. Wurth makes a product that sprays in as a penetrating fluid, is attracted
to metal, and then sets into a solid and non sticky lubricant. I just use chassis grease, and shoot it in while ------ing the leaves with an old front wheel bearing dust cap remover.
