A bit of HOT glue and razor blade make wonder..... and a DNA proof....
i had friend who did that on their car radio as well.

Im sure the thief will never sue you because he tried to bust your stuff....

In San Diego, Police won't even take a report, on home burglary nor
car thief, they say it's between you and your insurance company. Of
course, refusing to make reports makes the crime statistics appear to be
less.
