So Bill is your jeep "real"?

So is a CJ2 with non-military wheels and tires, a roll bar and who knows
what other modifications still a real Jeep? Your chosen definition seems
to exclude your own Jeep.

Re: So Bill is your jeep "real"?

Nope. It's post WWII and was never used by the U.S. Army.
http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionar...ionary&va=jeep
It's probably just barely a Willys, too. I'll bet the number of "real"
Willys parts is relatively low compared to when it was manufactured.

Yup, I figured I'd save a couple hundred and have a glass cut for
it that covered the whole front of the roll bar, dump idea, it didn't
look right but it did trick nearly all the kids, I'd see on the side of
the road, cause they'd all wave at me probably thinking I was driving a
T roadster.
