But guys,

On or about the 27th of OCTOBER my 1999 TJ went over its RECOMMENDED
MILEAGE BEFORE AN OIL CHANGE, which the SADISTIC FBI didn't change for
me just to TERRORIZE ME and say I'm LAZY!

There, back on topic :)

Right. It states that items sent to the (presumably uu.net) email
listserver will be effectively CC'd to Usenet, but not vice-versa.

Bill, every time you open your mouth and spout uninformed opinion as fact
you make a complete jackass out of yourself. As I pointed out to you, in
support of the previous poster, cross-posting is not prohibited by the
charter. <ftp://ftp.uu.net/usenet/news.announce.newgroups/
rec/rec.autos.makers.jeep+willys> You have taken the statement "The
articles sent to the Jeep listserver will be cross-posted to Usenet but not
vise versa." and read something into it that does not exist. This statement
has absolutely nothing to do with cross-posting on usenet. It is a
reflection of the origins of RAMJW as a group derived from the jeep-l
listserv group. Postings to the original jeep-l were cross-posted into
Usenet, but not the other way around. Cross posting can be a valuable tool,
for example, if I was looking for information putting a Mexican 282 in my
YJ, I would cross-post to rec.autos.makers.amc as well as here. FWIW, I
checked my Verison TOS is here: <
http://www.verizon.net/policies/popups/tos_popup.asp> and I see no bans on
cross-posting. Please note that I have cross-posted this to an appropriate
news group, although for you I think perhaps AUK might be more to the point
given your history of netkopping people who disagree with you.
