The only problem I had with the '98 was the AC would drip on the
passenger's feet. But I never got outside water in the Jeep, except for
around the door surrounds and stuff. I can't imagine that the drain
tube is clogged already. I've only had it a month. Frozen is possible
since it is less than 20 degrees out. Hmm.

I do it all the time but in the comfort of an indoor wand wash place,
most places here have air hoses at the exit door so you can blow water
away from the door seals etc. I wash mine faithfully in the winter to
get rid of salt build up in the wheel wells and from behind the
flares.
