Right front clatter type rattle

My 2005 Rubicon Unlimited has developed a annoying rattle at low speeds. It
is real bad when turning left, the sound seems to come from the right front.
I jacked the front and checked u-joints (both sides) they seem fine. I also
checked for loose shocks. I tried holding the brakes slightly to see if it
was pad rattle. What else should I check? I do not think it is serious but
we are planning a long trip into the snow country and do not want problems.
These type noises drive me crazy if I do not know the cause. Thanks for all
the useful info this group provides!

Double check the bushings on your sway bar, and shock absorbers.

Perhaps and a exhaust system rattle? Exhaust routes from the drivers side of
the engine to the passenger side past the engine compartment. Check for
something contacting the exaust or a loose fitting.
