That is the Anza Borrego Desert State Park in Southern California. My guess
is the specific location is closer to the Salton Sea than Borrego Springs.
The guy in the pic is taking a leak ...

That is the Anza Borrego Desert State Park in Southern California. My guess
is the specific location is closer to the Salton Sea than Borrego Springs.

Hi Steve,
Just some friends I go camping with, I drove most the time without
a windshield, too, but I don't have any detailed pictures, the closest
is this one I took to rub-in this friend's broken ring gear, Corvair:
