I got one out with a cold chisel coming through from the other side and
I think I scored the other ones shell with the dremil tool to split it
after the bearings fell out to get it loose.

Yes, I've seen the groves in the ball part of the knuckle, but I
haven seen foreign stuff inside, but then it's sooo black and messy
maybe I couldn't tell, but it's still a protection YOU don't have in
your TJ.
