Any recommendations on good/best tranny and differetial fluids for a '98

> Wrangler? Its time to clean 'em out. When I last changed mine out (@ 50k miles) I put in Mobil 1 full synthetics. Don't forget friction modifier for any axle with a traction device either. <You could always overpay at the dealership for their products.> Yeah, and half the time they'll use the wrong oils, particularly in the trans. Be SURE you don't use a GL5 oil in the trans, GL3 (non-sulphur) is recommended, in a pinch a GL4 like Redling MT90 or MTL works ok. |
