I've have all of those points (and more)

The paint flaking off the mirrors is because they where painted over a
layer of paper.. Obviously a good blast with a preasure washer or over
time they would come off. I simply removed them sanded them down and
resprayed mine.

Instrument panel is a well known problem, either fix it yourself or get
a Jeep dealer to do it.

Passenger seat's are pants when it comes to the low cost bicycle parts
that make them work. I had mine fixed twice before I got bored and
remvoed the rear seat altogether. They are fixable yourself but they the
repairs never seem to last long.

Turn signal sounds like your steering wheel isn't streight anymore, the
auto-turn off is simply plastic blocks on your steering colunm. Unless
one has broken its more than likey just not streight.

Leaking steering fluid is more serious.. Keep it topped up, but this
leak will get worse and finaly you will loose power steering. This is
very bad (Try steering without the engine turned on to see what I mean).
Mine appeared to be caused by loose components on the front axle which
ment the pitman are was being vibrated this in turn took out the fron
pump oil seal.. Fortunatly I just managed to get it replaced under
warently..

Other problems I've had/having

2 clutches (about to have a third, although this sime since I'm paying
for it I'm going to get to the bottom of the problem)

1 radiator (Didn't last its second english winter <Pah>) and needed to
be replaced..

Sump seal started to leak (Probably when I put a big bash in it on a
rock offroading)

Exhaust manifold cracked (Fixed by rewelding)

These ones are probably due to got old english mud...(some welsh, spanish
and french..)
2 new front bearings
2 new rear bears and oil seals
2 new front brake calipers
Main engine belt..
