That could be anything. Start by checking the battery connection, then check
every fuse. There should be a 100way connector for the dash (not sure which side)
think it's on the passenger side in the footwell (behind the plastic).
Check to see that it's tight (you could disconnect it, clean it, and put it back
together again.

What you need is the maintenance/wiring diagram for your jeep.

See if you have an ASD relay (Automatic ShutDown) if that relay has
gone bad it could be causing your problem.

Another thing to try but not sure if it will help.
The engine is grounded by a ground strap and they tend to corrode. Run a jumper
between the battery negative and the engine block and see if that helps.
