Absolutely NOT!! That isn't a ground wire. It's a positive feed to
something in the vehicle. The battery ground goes directly from the
NEGATIVE terminal to the vehicle chassis. Sometimes these get loose
and/or corroded. Check both ends. I had that problem in my '93 JGC.
