Funny, my 91 XJ locks all the doors as soon as the engine starts. It
also unlocks them when you shut the engine off. I'm not real keen on the
second part, but I live with it.

So, did they change the way the door locks work at some point?

they must have, or it was an option that hers didnt come with. hers is an
'00 or an '01, im not exactly sure right now.
