Public apology

I'm sorry for my language. I'm not sorry for what I think of affirmative
action.

Having witnessesed the effects of so-called "diversity" or "affirmative
action" programs firsthand, they are nothing more than reverse
discrimination. Worse, most minorities / women who initially benefit from
these policies ultimately fail due to inexperience and incompetence. Thus,
two lives are damaged, not just one.

In the end, decisions must be made on qualifications and ability, period.

I agree. I also experienced it first hand. When a supervisor wants to hire
you and they are told no because I am not a mexican, that is discrimination.
He eventually got me hired.
