You don't have to pull any wire. The end of the paper clip slides
between the boot and the wire, and goes right down into the socket
in the distributor cap. If you rip the boot doing this maneuver, then
the rubber was dried out and needed replacement anyway.

You don't have to pull any wire. The end of the paper clip slides
between the boot and the wire, and goes right down into the socket
in the distributor cap. If you rip the boot doing this maneuver, then
the rubber was dried out and needed replacement anyway.

Hi Mike,
On a Dark nights we can see the electric jumping between semi good
wires to ground on another plug not under compression. In the old
manuals we were only to put the wires in the looms in a certain sequence
to eliminate, some the crucial cross leaking.
