About as far away from you as I could be..................Eastbourne, right
on the south coast of England.

I bought the bulbs, and since I have looked under the bonnet I can't figure
out how to get to the back of the lights without removing them which means
removing the grill as well......................that's why I haven't changed
them!

Are you allowed to use blue bulbs there?

Over here in Canada, they are for off road use only. They are not
street legal. The parts counters even had big warning signs for a
while.

All the posh cars have them over here as standard - BMWs, Mercedes
etc so I presume they are
