The Rover 4.0 v8 (ex Buick) engined Morgan will do about 135, and the
BMW powered 4.4 Aero will do 160.

My t/f case makes a god-awful racket if put 5th gear is engaged on tickover
with the t/f case in neutral. Clearly, no good reason why you would want to
do this ( I only discovered it by putting 2d in by accident and discovering
the noise was surprising ). Although '99, it has only 23K miles on it, and
has had the fluids changed regularly.
