OT: Garage Door Opener

While house hunting I saw a garage door opener that works differently than
any I've seen before. This one attaches directly to the bar above the door
that is spring loaded. It's not the traditional belt/chain model that sits
10-20 feet away from the door. Unfortunately, I did not get the
manufacturer of the door. Does anybody know who makes this type of opener?
