Probably Spam. The web site has a bunch of commercial adverts. It' like

Whatever else that blog is it's a commercial site, and so IMHO that post
was spam. If someone like Bill or Mike started a blog and posted to let
us know about it that wouldn't be spam because those would not be
commercial sites.

Even if someone like Mike or Bill had a commercial site it wouldn't
necessarily be spam because it would presumably be Jeep related.
