Neutral Safety Switch on 97 Jeep Cherokee
 

Any info on what I can do to bypass or repair this switch, I'm having
increased difficulty starting my jeep and going into neutral doesn't seem to
help.
(Reverse lights don't always come,Not sure if that means anything)
Any scans pics or info from a repair manual would be greatly appreciated.
