Need a Part for a Hard Top
Thought maybe someone here might be able to point me in the right
direction... I have 99 TJ, bought a hard top for it for the winter driving. The top came off of an 03. The connector for the wiring harness where it plugs into the top is different from my 99. Imagine that...and it you can't buy just the plug at a dealer. Anyone have a lead on a good salvage place that I may be able to get one (plug) and splice it in? I really don't want to spend $150 for a new harness kit just to cut the plug off. Thanks! J. Slaughter 99 TJ Sport |

You should try another $tealer.
I believe there is an adapter harness needed for 'all' the new hard tops. They don't fit the Jeep harness stock. Re: Need a Part for a Hard Top
Why not buy two new matching aftermarket plugs, cut both harnesses and make
'em match?
