MSNBC Poll

MSNBC has an "offroading in National Parks" poll going,
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9900937
It's a poorly worded poll, I don't think we should be allowed to offroad
everywhere in every park, but voted yes anyway to tweak them.

Re: MSNBC Poll

I got a call last week from one of the national polling companies that
wanted my input into their current political poll.

The thing that I noticed right off was that the questions were worded in
such a way that no reasonable person could have expressed support for
President Bush and that no reasonable person could have said anything
against any opposition idea.

I was able to make the pollster laugh:
When he got to the question on gun control I told him "Gun control was being
able to hit what you are aiming at."

It just reinforces what I learned 31 years ago in college that you can make
polls (statistics) say whatever you want.

Anyone want to guess what my project was?

Re: MSNBC Poll

I'm surprised that three quarters of people in the poll are voting
to be able to use the land. Could it be the closet conservatives are
beginning to see the light and will be ridding our screaming greenies
and bleeding heart liberals. We'll soon see with this previously blue
state of Kalifornia on Tuesday. The strategy they are using is
laughable, drawing pictures of Texas in their fight against Arnie's
proposals. I can't wait for Boxer and Feinstein to be replaced, too bad
they not running this election.
