Monster Sound System?
Has anyone ever put a MONSTER sound system into an XJ? By "monster" I
mean like amp under the back seat with new speakers where ever they can fit. Probably replace exhisting speakers with better performing ones. I was even thinking about mounting a sub woofer inside the spare tire. I love the stock amfm/cd player and would like to keep it. Thoughts? Thanks! |

Re: Monster Sound System?
Yes it has been done. I haven't done it yet. Probably will once I get
it paid off and finish rebuiling my CJ. Instead of putting a sub in the spare tire you might consider something like this: http://www.greensburgautosound.com/p22-23page.htm Info on speaker upgrade: http://www.4x4wire.com/jeep/tech/ele.../xj_speaker01/ |

I'm thinking about a shoulder-launched missile and what it'd do to an XJ with a MONSTER sound system anywhere near my house. -- "I defer to your plainly more vivid memories of topless women with whips....r" R.
