Re: Mag lite-where?

I bought mine at Home Depot in Florida around the late 90s. Maybe they've
gotten cheaper in materials since they first started. I bought 2, one died
and I bought another and it died so I said the hell with it. Of course I
lost the receipts so I lost the take back too so I felt burned twice, not
going back again. They're not cheap either.

I will agree as well. I even like my mini mag with it's candle
feature. great as a first light at a camp.

You do know that they have a lifetime warranty fromt the factory?

I ripped the little rubber button on mine, one call and a few
days later there was a mailpac with a new shiny rubber button
and a parts list just in case something else broke.
