loss of power
my 87 yj has been sitting all winter i started it several times. just back on
the road and it really bogs out at about 3000 rpms..is this just bad gas or should i look for something else any advise would be appreciated direct e-mails even more so |

It'll be the step motor that adjusts the idle speed, number 57 at:
http://www.carburetorfactory.com/expvw03.html But just why it's running at three grand could be anything from the sensors to the computer controlling the speed. I find the gas tanks like to puke out a pile of junk after it sits. I
would change the gas filter as well as top it up with fresh gas.
