Loose Shift stick on a AX-15

The shift stick on my YJ (AX-15 transmission) is very loose, and wobbles
around a lot.

I have removed the boot, and the stick, but am not sure what part I need
to replace to get it back to normal. I though there would be a nylon
bushing the was worn, but I don;t see one in there.

You might actually have a bad motor mount(s) or bad tranny mount. Check
those first.

Re: Loose Shift stick on a AX-15

Found the problem. Most of the bushing is missing. Now just need to
find a source for the part here. Both local DC dealers don't have on in
stock (5 days to get) and the local auto parts sores can't get them.

Thank for the help.
