A goodly percentage of them are hit and run scam artists that cash
payment checks, steal credit card numbers, and have no merchanise to sell. As soon as they get a bit of money, they change addresses and run a new scam. A goodly percentage of them are hit and run scam artists that cash
payment checks, steal credit card numbers, and have no merchanise to sell. As soon as they get a bit of money, they change addresses and run a new scam.
