JSA Jeff sheckel

This is in San Diego:
Anyone in San Diego see the less than flattering Marti Emerald report on JSA
automotive? It was on tonight. I met him once, the news spot really made him
out to be a crook. Loads of small claims against him and etc. He does Jeep
mods and etc.

Re: JSA Jeff sheckel

I recorded it. I was very disappointed in that it didn't itemized
the actual repairs. We could see the lift and forty inch tires, was that
part of the twenty seven thousand? The owner keeps the Jeep in his
mother's back yard, that gives me a big clue as to what kind of man he
is. We are shown an empty transmission case, so what, who's fault was
that? along with his vague description of a vibration, a shimmy? and a
brake pedal goes to floor. Well I'm sure it didn't leave the shop in
that condition. In short there are many people that shouldn't own a
modified Jeep, he's one of them!
The shop owner needs a personnel relations man, and to learn how to
say no, because these jerks are easy to spot.

Yes, I got the feeling that there was a lot more to the story. JSA may or
may not be a great place, but how could he ever get equal time against that.

Re: JSA Jeff sheckel

I have heard things, rumors, about JSA, but I used him as a source for my
MPFI kit and Borla header. My impression was that JSA is a very capable Jeep
mechanic, he knows what he is doing, and what Jeeps need to have done. I
would not hesitate to recommend him, and RollOver Pete, from this board, has
used JSA extensively.
