If you want them to only come on with the low beams, you just need to
take the 'trigger' power feed to the relay from the low beam power wire
via a switch.

This way the switch will only have power when the low beams are on. You
take the main power to the relay directly from the battery with a fuse
in the line.

Here is a link that explains a basic Bosch style light relay.

I prefer to power the trigger on the relay direct from 'say' the low
beam power line or battery like the drawing and then just use the switch
as the trigger ground like the last diagram. This way I only have a
ground line running inside.

Wire them according to the law. Buy Driviung Lights if you want them for the
High Beams.

Re: Jeep wrangler TJ fog light alignment????

Then you want Driving Lights, not Fog Lights.

Driving Lights have a narrow beam that is ideal for use with your High
Beams. Fog lights have a wide beam, and are intended for use with the Low
Beams.
