will jeep 4 cyl pull pop-up? 99 jeep 4 cyl 5 speed.

Nope, too heavy, you're almost two tons. My '68 Real Civilian Jeep
-5 with the stock Buick V6 would accidentally do it all the time,
amazing the on lookers, usually at gas stations when we had the front
wheels turned to one side, binding against our limited slips.
