Jeep cherokee headlight levelling motor plug
Hi forum!
I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee 2.5 Turbodiesel Sport, UK model, S Reg. Its often referred to as the facelift model. The electrical connector into the passenger-side headlight levelling motor unit is buggered. Some dampness must've got in there and its corroded. Is it possible to get hold of a new plug with a couple of inches of wires I can graft into the existing loom? Does anyone sell stuff like this for Jeeps? Thankyou. The Iceman Glastonbury UK |

Wrong side of the pond here. :) Dealerships usually have replacement connectors for the most common problems. I'd start there. Then possibly a salvage yard. Depending on the pin type you might be able to buy replacement pins from a local electronics hobby shop or parts house. I've fixed several connectors by finding similar ones at local auto parts stores. -- DougW |
