Interesting Jeep-Stude project
 

Sounds like the best of both worlds, a 52 Willys Jeep with a Studebaker
289 V8. Any of you Northwest guys looking for a different sort of
project might take a look.

If it wasn't on the wrong corner of the country I'd be interested!

FYI, the Stude V8 is very strong, with a high silicon block, forged
crank and rods, and timing gears instead of chains, and yes, parts are
available. At shows were most cars and trucks have bellybutton motors
people notice the Stude engine.

Studebaker and Cadillac were the choice, before the '55 Chevy V8
became so plentiful.
