I could help you make that even more annoying. Make some
transparent GIF's where every other pixel is transparent
[like a checkerboard] and then use dynamic HTML [e.g.
ripoff the dynamic layers code from Project Seven] to
slowly move the transparent GIF's across that background.

once.

You know those can be set as windows wallpaper and they will still
be animated. :)
