How to remove padded dash?

Please take a look at this picture:
http://jeepadventures.dyndns.org/jeep/dayone/06.jpg
I need to remove that padded dash in order to paint the console.
There are 4 sheet-metal screws along the bottom edge of it. If I
remove those 4 screws, it feels as if though there is still something
holding that dash in place. Is there some kind of trick to removing
the dash after taking out those four screws? It kinda moves some
after the screws are out, but it's hanging up on something. I can't
see behind it to tell for sure if it's just glued in there or
something. Ideas? Also, I'm told that this dash is not stock on a
'76 Jeep. Does anyone have a picture of a stock '76 CJ5 dash? Or of
a stock CJ dash that would look the same as my '76 should? Thank you.

There are some screws under the windshield. You have to fold the windshield
down to get at these screws.
