Thank you ladies and gents. I wasn't sure if I'd have to take the
entire thing off just to get at them. (sigh) Oh well. As soon as I can
afford it I plan to upgrade bumpers anyhow. In the meantime, this is
going to be a fun little project. :)

Real Jeepers put lift kits on their Jeeps so they can simply drive up
and over all of those annoying obstacles.

Real Jeepers put lift kits on their Jeeps so they can simply drive up
and over all of those annoying obstacles.

This real jeeper has a lift kit and missed the non-jeeper's bumper by a
couple of inches putting a nice dent in their rear hatch as they were
stopped halfway out into the roadway from a yield sign... Had I NOT been
lifted it would have been bumper-to-bumper contact.

$1300 - Trailblazer, $0 - Jeep (not even a scuff). ;-)

It's a sure bet you'll appreciate your new bumpers over the oem's.
I have olympic rock bumpers front and rear and really like 'em.
