I wasn't sure if I'd have to take the entire thing off just to get at them. (sigh) Oh well. As soon as I can afford it I plan to upgrade bumpers anyhow. In the meantime, this is going to be a fun little project. :) |

Real Jeepers put lift kits on their Jeeps so they can simply drive up and over all of those annoying obstacles. Re: How to remove bumperettes from TJ?
This real jeeper has a lift kit and missed the non-jeeper's bumper by a
couple of inches putting a nice dent in their rear hatch as they were stopped halfway out into the roadway from a yield sign... Had I NOT been lifted it would have been bumper-to-bumper contact. $1300 - Trailblazer, $0 - Jeep (not even a scuff). ;-) Eric "Lon" <lon.stowell@comcast.net> wrote in message news:S6xKc.123205$Oq2.58182@attbi_s52... > > Real Jeepers put lift kits on their Jeeps so they can simply drive up > and over all of those annoying obstacles. > > L.W.(ßill) ------ III proclaimed: > > > Real Jeepers drive defensively, and strive to miss objects in the > > roadway. > > God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O > > mailto:-------------------- http://www.----------.com/ > > > > Eric wrote: > > > >>Those bumpers saved me and the POS in front of me from more damage than > >>there was a few weeks back... > >> > >>Eric |
