Maybe you should take the time to explain to Billy the usenet is a
independent service, while is does use the internet, some port of it
can and is transported over none internet space. (gated BBS and
e-mail lists.) e-mail addresses are not a requirement.

Also usenet articles are not invitations for people to send e-mail.
Billy has already attempted to e-mail me once.

Maybe you should take the time to explain to Billy the usenet is a
independent service, while is does use the internet, some port of it
can and is transported over none internet space. (gated BBS and
