Hey! Someone cut my window out...

Yep 1998 Wrangler, last weekend someone came by and cut the rear passenger
side window out. They dug through the glove box... nothing to steal so
they left.. Been telling the wife NOT to lock the doors... oh well...
Anyway , does anybody have one for sale or know where I can get a
replacement. 1998 Wrangler SPICE OEM soft top, rear passenger window. If
you have one laying around I'd like to buy it!
Thanks Scott

Re: Hey! Someone cut my window out...

Yep had that happen before. Someone broke the rear quarter window out of my
Dodge Dart, $120 window. The doors were both unlocked. All they managed to
steal was the battery that I knew was bad due to being froze and case cracked.
Bastards.

Pretty sure Quadratec carries them, but you have to buy the whole set
I think (all three rear windows).

Yeah, but the up-side of this is that you could get the tinted ones.
The dealer should be able to get just the single window, though. My
son had somebody cut one of his trying to get the stereo out and was
able to replace it at the dealer.

Yeah, but the dealer charges $200 PER WINDOW and the Bestop sells the
entire 3 window set for about $140. Who knows which window will be next?

Find a local auto upholstery shop. They do convertable tops as
well as seats, replacing the clear sheet is no big deal for them.
