I can work on it at this end as well. I know the local Washington, AC (as
opposed to DC) IRS d00d quite well. My mother rec'd Soc. Sec. and Military
bennies, and he makes regular trips to the US Embassy here (due to the
incredible number of Yanks who retire here, and I know 3 more who are
doing so the instant they retire). Plus, I paid US taxes for more than 30
years (in addition to Canadian taxes!) because I earned about 70% of my
income via US publishers and studios.

I also have a US lawyer who does a lot of pro bono (free) work (though for
the Cooyon, it should be 'pro bozo'), and he's also a bit of a bulldog who
has handled some high-profile cases for the Guv'mint of Ohio. He really
enjoys going after the real scumballs. I think he'd enjoy this case!

But no matter, Billie will be blindsided. When you are that lost in your
own fantasy world (based on old 50s James "I'm not sure if I like guys or
gals or both" Dean movies, Chuck Heston ideology and Marion Morrison [The
Duke of Wayne] faux bravado), the IRS could arrive with a full-dress
parade and Billie would still be caught unawares......
