HELP!!!How do i get the serpentine belt of '97 TJ
 

What is wrong with me?
no AC, 4.0 litre.
Is it just heaving on the tension pulley. Do I need to loosen something?
manual says the PS. pump moves. I can't see how?

loosen the pully then loosen the set screw
