I'd swallow my pride for a cheap fix (adding gas) anyday! I never seem to
get off that lucky. LOL

I'm sure that was intended to be "tongue in cheek", but as my Dad always
told me: "The cheapest two things you can put in your cars are gas and oil."
Of course, that was back "in the day" when I was paying 22.9 cents a
gallon... but I think the axiom still applies even at current prices being
an order of magnitude higher.

If you believe gas has gone up in price since then, check out the
price of water.
