Have you tried www.4wd.com ? They have a lot of OEM replacement stuff.

I find that specialty companies think their parts are gold plated unlike
a garage door maker that has 'normal' metal or chrome handles and plain
metal hardware. My stock CJ top has a normal garage door handle and
hardware on it.

Even in Canadian Tire, you can buy that back door handle in the truck
parts for about 6 bucks, or you can go over their RV section and pay $15.00
for the same handle.
