Can you have the GW painted without removing the wood? How well does that work?

You won't find any wood in your trim package:
http://jeepresource.com/model/wagoneer.jpg Usually it so labor intensive
that no one removes the trim unless that's the only way to repair a rust
problem. My Real woody from my high school days:
