Monroe's jeep/truck division is Rancho. They have self adjusting
and cab-adjustable shocks. I have the Rancho 9000RSX adjustables
which I happen to like, but then I prefer a rather stiff ride. A
friend has a GC with the Edelbrock IAS shocks which are much more
to the liking of most drivers. Not that stiff, but extremely good
control.

The Doetsch Tech 3000 is a good shock. You could probably order them online
from another place. Also check out OME (Old Man Emu) to see if they make a
shock for your vehicle. They are a soft riding nitro gas charged shock.
Nitro gas charged shocks are often a bit stiffer, but not always. Another
good choice for a soft ride would be the Skyjacker Hydro.
