Fuel line repair cont.
 
What is the best way to cut this fuel line to put in a piece of hose without
creating a spark!

I'm not sure of is if you can get away with sliding hose over the existing pipe
and clamping or if you would be better off putting a bubble flare in the line.

No, seriously, buy a tubing cutter from Home Depot or wherever, and cut it
correctly. Also, it is advisable, as Doug pointed out, to flare the cut
ends so the hose won't come off.
