Good call, Mike. Yes, he did, and I didn't catch it.

Another idea I've used in the past for some really troublesome vibration
problems in the past: pilot car. Have a buddy drive alongside while the
vibration is present; have him spot both sides to see if anything visual
will give the culprit away. A shimmying wheel, axle or steering
componant can often be seen this way.

I once used this to spot a loose spare tire on a 4-runner; symptoms were
a shudder and 'thump' noise when accellerating/decellerating somewhere
in the back. Apparantly, a thief took all but one lug nut off and
didn't finish the job for some reason, but slipped the cover back on
just for laughs.

Brooks is his name and I think its the radiostar something network.
That man is GOD for car repair... and let me know my 93 cherokee has
the same shimmy at 50 mph when turning right
