"expert help please"
im looking for a way too shut off the milage on a 2002 jeep liberty.i seen it
done on a number of veicles by bypassing the cluster fuse with a toggle..if anyone knows a way to do it with this paticular automobile i would like to hear from you.Just to let you know im not looking to do it to cheat the system...but im hoping to earn an A+ in my studies |

Besides which even if you do shut it off the cars computer maintains that fault code forever. All it takes then is an OBD-III scantool to detect the fraud. It's also an easy way to loose nearly all the Jeeps resale value with an "altered" mileage Title unless covered under the exemptions from the Federal Truth in Mileage Act.
