Hey Bill,
Is a OBD-II scanner the same as a DRB-II? For the 94 Jeep Wrangler
harness (Mopar MPI kit) would the ODB-II scanner work?

Hi Bill,
No, OBD-II is what they call the Onboard Diagnostic system two,
mandated by the Federal Environment Protection Authority to be on every
car. These scanner simply scan for codes. Chrysler's DRB-II scanner
tool, may make changes, reprogram the onboard computer.
