Re: ebay items I Listed

It wasn't commercial.
Commercial;
occupied with or engaged in commerce or work intended for commerce.
Commerce;
the exchange or buying and selling of commodities on a large scale involving
transportation from place to place"

It isn't in large scale.
I am learning the definition of a troll.

I just have to ask here...
Does the one where it was posted
"Now That's a real Jeep"
on 12/22 and a link to an Ebay auction count?
The auction was active, just ended at $75k.

I think you are being too harsh on the guy Bill.
He's just selling some of his own stuff....
I know I'm new here and all that but still....
It's not like he's in BUSINESS to sell Jeep stuff.
I googled him and find posts from him dating all the way back to 1999.

So, if I decided to auction off some Jeep stuff that I took off of my KJ- it
would be verboten to say so here?

If an individaual is selling something at auction, as a private party, I do
not think it can be considered commercial.
If it is a BUSINESS or an Ebay STORE then it would be commercial. This is
just a guy selling a few Jeep parts and a bunch of baby stuff. Need a new
woobie?

Personally I would rather buy from someone on Ebay because with the Ebay
listing there is the added protection of dispute management, feedback
ratings to know who you are buying from AND if you pay via PayPal you have
buyer's protection. Somehting you would not necessarily have if just buying
from any schmoe that popped in and said he had parts for sale.

Ayway, my two cents worth in a two dollar slop bucket
..
