Check the heating elements themselves for continuity. Check that when switch is flipped, it kicks the relay that puts current on the seat. I can remember when Jeeps were driven by men - not pansies who want to keep
their but warm. I though being cols and miserable was all part of the experience. Yep, I was waiting for the "Real Jeeps don't have heated seats" line, but
this will do. Heating elements quite often break, requiring removal of the seat cover and stitching in a new element. If you have an ohmmeter, you can check the continuity, or lack thereof, of the heating element.
